Five focused programs. One shared mission: to serve humanity with compassion and purpose.
Hunger is the most immediate form of suffering — and it is entirely preventable. Mankind Welfare Organisation runs daily food distribution initiatives across Delhi, ensuring that families in crisis, homeless individuals, and daily wage workers have access to nutritious, hot meals every day.
Our food programs operate on the ground level, with volunteers preparing and delivering meals directly to communities. We run weekly community langars, emergency ration drives, and festival meal camps throughout the year.
We believe that food must be served with dignity. Every meal we distribute is a reminder that compassion knows no bounds — regardless of caste, religion, or background.
Healthcare is a fundamental right, yet millions of underprivileged Indians cannot afford basic medicines or doctor consultations. Our medical aid program bridges this gap by providing free medicines, organising health screening camps, and connecting patients to partner hospitals for treatment.
We work with volunteer doctors and healthcare professionals to conduct regular health camps in underserved urban communities. Chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and anaemia — which often go undetected — are screened and managed through our program.
For individuals requiring hospitalisation or specialist care, our team provides referral support and advocates for them through the system, ensuring no one is denied treatment due to financial constraints.
India's streets are home to millions of stray and abandoned animals who suffer from hunger, disease, and abuse. Mankind Welfare Organisation extends its compassion beyond humans to include the vulnerable animals that share our cities.
Our animal care team establishes and maintains daily feeding stations for stray dogs, cows, and other animals across Delhi. We arrange veterinary check-ups for injured and sick animals and coordinate with local gaushalas to ensure cattle receive appropriate care.
We also run seasonal campaigns — including summer water drives and Diwali care initiatives — to address the heightened suffering animals experience during extreme weather and festive noise pollution.
Education is the single most powerful tool for breaking the cycle of poverty. Yet thousands of children in Delhi's urban slums and low-income neighbourhoods drop out of school due to financial hardship. Our education support program works to keep every child in the classroom.
We provide school bags, books, stationery, and uniforms to children from underprivileged families. For students with exceptional potential but no financial resources, we offer monthly scholarships to cover school fees and supplementary learning materials.
In times of crisis — such as the 2023 East Delhi floods — our team mobilises rapidly to replace lost school supplies, ensuring that no child misses a single day of learning due to circumstances beyond their control.
Your contribution directly powers these five programs — feeding families, healing the sick, educating children, and caring for animals.
Social Causes
Social change requires more than material aid — it requires awareness, advocacy, and community solidarity. Mankind Welfare Organisation runs a range of social cause campaigns addressing issues from gender equality and cleanliness drives to disaster relief and anti-drug awareness.
Our community mobilisation efforts bring together volunteers, local leaders, and citizens to tackle challenges collectively. We organise rallies, street plays, and workshops that inform and empower communities to advocate for their own rights.
During disasters — floods, heatwaves, or industrial accidents — our rapid response team is among the first to mobilise, coordinating relief materials and volunteer deployment within hours of a crisis.
